"During our visit to the Borders last weekend, we stopped by this restaurant for brunch. My husband ordered a hearty breakfast of bacon, sausages, mushrooms, eggs, and beans. The presentation was appetizing and he thoroughly enjoyed it with a side of toast and the freshest, most delicious coffee we've had in a long time. I opted for sourdough toast with avocado and perfectly poached eggs, along with a sliced tomato sprinkled with mild chili flakes. The dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We also took home a selection of baked goods, including an amazing lime and coconut sponge which we enjoyed later with family. The restaurant was impressively clean, fresh, and well-kept, with friendly, efficient, and lovely staff. If you're ever in Galashiels, I highly recommend giving it a try!"

We wanted to try some Borders specialities whilst in the area , and this was the right place. Good breakfast with Haggis, and to follow Selkirk Bannock. Staff were kind and happy to explain new food to us.

this is a nice little caffe. my friends come here regularly, the staff are all very friendly. hot drinks are all very good, and they also have a good choice of cold drinks. all the food I tried here was delicious!

I visited this cafe in Galashiels on May 27th. The menu had a great selection of homemade dishes at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning and would recommend to others. Ver carta

Recently visited this Cafe for a light lunch. Everything in place for Covid 19. A very pleasant lady took me to my table. I must say that the toasted sandwich and side salad I order was about the best I have tasted. The food was well presented and the surroundings spotless. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Fabulous Wee Coffee Shop in Heart of Gala !! 2 Lovely friendly Ladies served us ! Nothing was too much trouble for them ! Even offered to reseat us when a Mum and noisy children arrived and sat at table next to us !! Even though we refused( as my friend and I when the chat begins nothing distracts us !!Lol! The V fact they cared just shows the difference between them and other Cafes !! We enjoyed 'posh ' Cheese and Onion on Toast with scrumptious sweet pickle !!! Lovely americano Coffee Then cup of tea (if only we had space for one of their gorgeous looking scones or home bake !! Next Time Ladies !! Most Def !! See u V Soon !! 100% Recommend this lovely Friendly Cafe to Everyone !!
