Had a great time as usual at The Conti. Great Beer selection and unbelievable food and customer service from Stu. Will be back again!

The restaurant is conveniently located next to the park, making it the perfect spot to stop by after a stroll or bike ride for a delicious meal or drinks. The food is superb and freshly prepared.

Booked Xmas eve tea out , had starters of fishcake for me and chicken tikka for Mr E, both were delicious. Mains of lamb rump and Ox tail pasta were both great. We finished off with deserts. Great place to spend time with a group or as a couple. Ver carta

Got thrown our within a minute o entering for asking where in the pub our booked Christmas function was. Their reply: do you need to call 999. Gave them a suitable verbal response. Found the correct room on my own and was thrown out as soon as they saw me.

A really lovely Sunday roast here. We had lamb which was accompanied by wonderful Yorkshire puddings, mash, roast, mashed carrots, root carrot, green beans, red cabbage and green beans, oh and gravy. It was absolutely yummy and the service is 100% too. Thanks no photo as I couldn't wait to eat it

I went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner and decided to have the beef roast. The beef was perfectly cooked, the vegetables were tasty, and the Yorkshire pudding was huge. We also tried the sausage of the day, Caesar salad, steak, and lamb rump from the specials menu, and all were enjoyed. The atmosphere was great, with funky background music and attentive staff. We recently dined at a restaurant in Preston and were incredibly impressed with the quality of the food. Our daughter is studying at Uclan, so we have tried various restaurants in the area, but this one stood out. The menu offered a great selection across all three courses, and we were particularly pleased with the roast lamb dish we ordered. Despite being seated early at 6pm, the portion size was generous and the flavor was delicious. Overall, this was the best meal we have had in Preston.

Came in yesterday when I was visiting from Liverpool as my friend lives near the pub. Lovely surroundings first off as you can walk along the River. The pub itself is spotless with plenty of room inside. The beer garden is a great size too and is dog friendly which i like. Food was lovely and came quite quickly even though it was a busy Saturday. I'll definetly come here again as I'd like to walk along the river again so it's nice to find somewhere to eat and drink. Ps the corn ribs were lovely

This pub has gone through quite a few changes over the past few years (food wise only, the management remain the same . The original chefs left a few years back and the quality of the food went rapidly downhill. So much so, that I stopped eating there. But, I’m happy to say they now seem to have found a new chef, who has re-established the pub as a quality dining experience. Having been twice in the past few weeks, I can say that on both occasions the food was top quality. And the pub continues to offer a great choice of real ales and continental beers. I believe the chef specialises in Asian/Indian food, but this really isn’t representative of the menu, which has retained its eclectic mixtu... Ver carta
