"We live in Spain and of course love a good cooked dinner on a Sunday! This place was recommended on Benidorm Seriously so we had to check it out. It was busy when we arrived at 1pm,, there was a lady serving and I politely asked if they could fit two in for lunch. She shrugged her shoulders and said,,,, well if you can find a seat then we can. Not put off we found a table where the same lady who looked like she had lost 50 quid and found 5 pence cleaned up the plates that were littered about and left. Another server came by with some tattoos who was lovely, polite and actually looked at us when talking. She took our drinks order,,, a third server came by to ask what we wanted to eat and we explained we wanted the roast. We had the pate and soup as starters. The soup was ok, the bread stale, the pate was warm- warm pate is not good,, infection control and environmental health would have a field day. I didnt eat the pate. We both had chicken, which was chunks on the plate along with a few roast potatoes that more resembled deep fried potatoes that had been warmed in the microwave. The veg was unseasoned and totally water logged,, so much so the water ran around the plate. The horseradish sauce was packets and had gone rancid probably from being in the heat. I did suggest someone may wish to look at the remaining packets and the server replied with ohhhh. Desert,, I chose apple crumble which was served by the unhappy server complete with her thumb in my custard-I didnt eat that either. All in all not a pleasant experience, maybe we visited on a bad day,, but I have since seen other comments about the lack of customer service. Staff need to remember that people are paying to eat in that establishment to have a break and to be served. Recommended,, no,, a revisit? absolutely not."

¡Qué bar tan genial dirigido por personas encantadoras! ¡Honestamente lo convertiré en una visita regular cuando esté en Benidorm! Los cócteles también son increíbles.

Absolutamente ridículo, la mesera estaba demasiado interesada en sus amigos y su teléfono que no tenía tiempo para tomar la orden. Cuando le pedimos hacer un pedido, sus amigos fueron sarcásticos... Ver carta

No puede faltar la comida, los peces y las papas fritas son encantadores, como las ensaladas, y los desiertos, buenos precios y porciones que comimos allí algunas veces en la semana que nos quedamos, y recomendaría

Thank you Ashley for all the videos during COVID and most importantly to you all for the lovely late breakfasts we had when we visited last week. Food was hot, tasty, very reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. We will call in again when next in Benidorm.

We had the fish and chips special it was very good and excellent value for money..all food was excellent hot and fresh my daughter had the roast chicken dinner that was excellent too we stay in albair and just came into benidorm for our lunches ...best food we have had all week and carnt beat the value for money ... would recommend this place to anyone Ver carta

Lovely food with plenty of gluten free options. Server made sure my food was prepared separately and talked through what food was at risk of cross contamination eg chips in fryer. I had the BLT Gluten Free Baguette and it was filling and delicious. We will definitely be going back to sample some more of the menu. The salads look incredible. UPDATE We came back for a Gluten Free Sunday Lunch. The portions were extremely generous. I had Gravy, stuffing AND a Yorkshire Pudding all gluten free!! The apple crumble pie is also gluten free.
