The new owners are not very honest, but the restaurant has a charming open fire and could use some tender loving care.

This location is fantastic for all kinds of events, including weddings and parties. We had a wonderful time during our visit from Hythe, Kent. The owner is very polite and hospitable - everyone should definitely make a point to visit.

The restaurant is in a stunning location and is an iconic pub. Although we hadn't visited in a few years, we happened to pass by today and decided to stop in. The staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was quirky and charming. It's a lovely old pub with loads of character. We hope it continues to thrive. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is a charming little pub with a pleasant atmosphere. Despite only recently reopening for a day, the food was surprisingly good for typical pub fare. The outdoor seating area is lovely. One of my friends had a minor issue with his drink but it was quickly fixed by the staff, who were also very polite. The price per person is reasonable, ranging from £10-20. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

We were disappointed with our visits to this restaurant because it was closed both times we went. I even called ahead and was told they were open, and their website said they were open. However, when we arrived, they were closed. It is frustrating that they said they were open on the phone when they were actually closed. They should update their website to accurately reflect whether they are open or closed. It was a waste of money on taxi fare to get to the restaurant on both occasions. As for the food, I would rate it a 2 out of 5. Ver carta
