This restaurant serves delicious food and drinks, including a wide selection of gins. Located on a multi-purpose site with a sweet shop, museum, farm food shop, and more, it is definitely worth a visit.

We visited yesterday lunch time for a quick lunch and were lucky to get one of the last remaining tables. I ordered a tuna mayo sandwich and a pint of Stowford Press cider. The sandwich filling was really tasty and a generous portion. Lovely atmosphere...and good service.

we tried to drink here in the late morning at a nice Easter Sunday and had such a bad answer that we left. When will the host recognize that large customers start with “only a drink”? we went to the cedars... at wootton and had fantastic burger great drinks and a nice greeting. Ver carta

yesterday on the island rubbed and arrived to arreton without booking a table the herr sat us fast and fast, despite its filling and was so friendly and efficient the sunday roasts were great and the children also enjoyed eating there the personal. was so hard but also time for us absolutely brilliant pub

Friendly enough staff, food came out quick but half way through eating my salad garnish there was a lovely piece of cling film at the bottom of the salad pot which quickly put me off eating the rest, I wouldn’t have minded as much but...no one came to check the food was ok and I sat with the food in front of me when we were all finished for half an hour without anyone clearing the plates so I could mention about this so was left very un-happy and still hungry and disappointed.

I have been to this restaurant twice in the last month and both visits were perfect. The first was with a friend on a Tuesday early evening and the second was a large family gathering on a busy Saturday night. The atmosphere is cozy and reminiscent of a traditional English pub, with lots of antiques and interesting items to admire while enjoying your meal or drink. The staff were attentive and polite, the service was prompt, and all of the meals were delicious and generously portioned. I highly recommend this place for a classic English pub-restaurant experience. Ver carta
