taylor, I was in for dinner. omg best mac n käse ever. desserts yum yum yum. beautiful decor, very friendly personal fantastic eating. we will be re-elected. defo recommend many thanks for their help

had my first visit tonight in the pad. what a nice place with fantastic eating and beautiful customer service. will definitely try again soon, some more from the menu....oh and maybe another piece of the caramel curbcake that die for x

I just love the place. I go in most mornings for scrambled egg/beans&toast and it is superb. Egg made the way it should be NOT with added milk or water just egg. Service brilliant and decor lovely, toilets clean. Allround I highly recommend the Dancing Goat Experience. Martin Muir

had a great night for the michael bubly tribut on Saturday. the food was delicious and the staff was excellent as the entertainment. would recommend to everyone. perfect place to go for this birthday,offers or a wee date night coworkers are so inviting beautiful atmosphere. stop the good workers!

I have just enjoyed a beautiful meal at The Dancing Goat, and I will certainly be returning in the very near future. The food is seasonal, seasoned to perfection, and imaginatively cooked. The menu is reassuringly brief, although not without choice, and changed regularly, featuring a selection of local, fresh produce. The decor is tasteful and understated, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This restaurant is a superb addition to the local area. I urge you to visit; you will not be dissapointed.

I really would have liked to give this a five star especially for the food but one or two things let this down. Firstly the waitress forgot to bring the tonic for my husbands gin and tonic and we had to ask no ice or slice either. Secondly we picked a bottle of wine which they then told us they didn't have and offered an alternative (same type) but told us it was dearer. This was not brought until after the starters. And finally the bill came on a post it note with no itemisation and when I asked for an itemised bill they brought several post it notes with the starter, drinks, main meal and it all added up to few pounds cheaper than the initial post-it note.
