"We very much enjoyed our visit (13 Feb, 2020) to Endless Burger, a new eatery in Châteaubriant. The custom burgers and casual atmosphere, along with with the personal attention from owners Sylvain Severine, combine to create an ideal dining experience to both appreciate the exceptional burgers and facilitate conversation among friends. Although, the chef bases his fare on American-style burgers, do not assume this is just another burger place. Sylvain’s French sensibilities elevate his burgers to a much higher level. The menu has traditional burger offerings, as well as numerous unique burgers which rotate to make room for other custom burger offerings. The three burgers we tried were exceptional! We ordered “Le Double Cheeseburger”, “Le Sunset”, and “Le Mont Blanc Burger”. Each came with fresh homemade fries. We each agreed that the flavors on our respective burgers blended in a way that perfectly complimented the burger. The servings are large enough to be filling without being wastefully extravagant. With that said, only one person in our group of three was able to finish our burger. The fries are not the only homemade part of the menu. The owners also have homemade ketchup and mayo, in addition, they have a number of house-made other condiments. One that I had the opportunity to try was “Compotèe d’oignons rouges”, or red onion compote. This was amazing! A perfect topping for burger or hotdog (which is also a menu choice). They have a selection of red and white wines. The Sauvignon IGP was a nice paring. Not too dry or sweet and easy drinking. They also have most standard soft drinks and a dessert menu. I often stop over in Châteaubriant, to see friends, on my way back to the States after extended travel in India. Being American, I miss beef in India, especially a really good burger. A beautiful discovery! with a pleasant welcome from the waitress. The burgers are succulent! the place is very pleasant and clean to the toilet the prices are correct in consistency with the quality of the materials used, we know what we eat is good and in quantity and all made house to ketchup and mayo. a very pleasant exchange with the owners by paying the note. We'll be back!

I had the opportunity to first experience The Endless Burger over 2 years ago in February of 2020. I was very impressed with this cozy restaurant and it’s take on the gourmet hamburger. Because of COVID I have not had a chance to return until now. I thought frequently about this small owner operated eatery during COVID. Knowing that many small family run businesses (especially restaurants) in the USA went out of business because of the pandemic, I hoped in my heart that Endless Burger would not suffer the same fate.
