"Popped in here for food one evening, everywhere was very busy but we were lucky to find a table in the bar. No booking, first come, first serve. Had the fish basket myself which was lovely, very filling with just the fish and salad. Unless you eat a lot, don't order chips if you don't like wasting food. This is a fantastic pub with a really friendly atmosphere. They have a great selection of beers, delicious food, and a wonderful beer garden. It's the perfect spot. Cheers!

On a chilly, rainy day, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The cost per person is quite reasonable, ranging from £1 to £10. I would rate the food a perfect 5, as well as the service and atmosphere, both of which also deserve a 5. I highly recommend trying the Cheese and Pickle Sandwich!
