The Frog - Carta

Interesting concept and venue. Very arty food, backed by good flavours.

I went with a group for Sunday lunch. The food, ambience and service were excellent. I'd go again for a drink in the evening.

my friend and I went to the frog for a meal at the silvester we enjoyed it very much! the food was excellent: well proportioned and very tasty. the venue was beautiful: a living environment, but not crowded. we recommend you a special occasion or a nice trip to the pub after work!

I came to the frog after another restaurant had crushed our order 3 times, we quickly entered and the frog accumodized. the staff is super friendly and the waiter in lilys upper floor is a qualitatiw high quality waiter! he really made the night feel special and offered us the deal of the day, although we do not book with him. very enjoyed and will definitely recommend. Really impressed with the look and feel of this place, on a wet summers' evening the lighting was very cosy. Good menu with daily changing pies, fish of the day, pasta, vegetarian option etc. My husband's beef and mushroom pie was very good and huge I had the chicken salad which was delicious, generous portion of salad but it could have had more chicken! Good friendly service, would recommend.

I had booked this table through Top Table and received a confirmation. My booking was for 14:00pm on a Saturday. I got a phone call at 12:30 from the restauramt telling me that they were fully booked and could not accomodate me and that Top Table should not have sent a confirmation through!!??? I then spoke to Top Table and they were going to address. The fact that you cannot rely on this restaurant when I use Top table religiously so clearly it is not there issue) is why as a local in Clapham I will no longer be supporting them!!!

1) for 6 persons. I called to change it to 8, said it wasn't a problem. I called again to change it to 10 people, and they confirmed it was good. I was in the pub, the table was set up for 6 people. 2. Food average, cold maic etc. 3. including service fee on bill, even if they order at the bar and eating is average and too expensive. we said we would rather pay a tipp in cash so that in our payment the service was not included. the service was anyway accused by someone who could hardly put a set together. When asked for a refund, it took a long and rude conversation and ended in the cash on the cash and the cash person stormed off. as they can imagine, the money we had left on the table went...
