Got a cheap room so wasn't expecting much. Was clean and not too much noise from the bar area. WiFi is usable. Walkable from the city along one road with regular buses from outside the hotel. Easy to get to from the M74

Just been for a meal after a funeral. Food was very enjoyable, staff were lovely and attentive. Served quickly and efficiently. Toilets were sparkling and clean. All round it was first class. Highly recommended for any occasion.

This is undoubtedly the best small hotel in Scotland every single one of the staff are excellent even the handy man Walter takes care of his duties the bar staff are very friendly and courteous I will definitely be visiting here again Ver carta

had a great time here my niece and her husdand had her recipe here the eating was great the waiting staff were fast and polite the bar staff were friendly and cheerful the toilets were impeccable and we all had a great night thanks to all the staff in fullarton park well done all

Went for a lovely lunch, staff were friendly despite having some internal arguments with the chef. Food was freshly made tasted great. My nan bread was a little uncooked and soggy. Tried both the starters nachos and mozzarella sticks were both lovely and very filling. Will be back both me and my fiance enjoyed the food.

BED BUGS To put shorty- bed with bugs, that I had to scratch from my skin in the morning and very dirty room in general. Moreover dangerous place as there no reception, no proper security and lots of random drunk people in the bar, who can easily go to the second floor with rooms and no one will stop them. I had to stay there for two days, but left after the first night. Manager was very unresponsive and defensive, she didn't apologize and didn't want to give a refund as she didn't want to bother an owner. I still didn't get a confirmation about the refund at least for the second night. Ver carta
