Fantastic lunch today at the Gallery. Staff and presentation is excellent. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent dinner here at a very reasonable price. Cafeteria prices, restaurant quality food and service. I'll be back.

The food is fabulous. The service is excellent. Everyone is friendly. We have been to Gallery Restaurant frequently and never been disappointed. Looking forward to our next visit.

if they were hidden in the gallery when the dinge started sitting, they would be convinced that they were in a raised restaurant, not one of the students. it was a fabulous evening. interesting menu, brilliant wine list and great service, all 6 of us were delighted and will return again.

Catering students cook and serve the food, supervised and helped by teaching staff. There are 3 options for each course, and cost for 2 or 3 course lunch is inexpensive for this reason. Everyone is eager to show of their best, and even if occasionally things go wrong, this has its own charm.

I can't give this place anything less than 5 stars! It's a fantastic concept that benefits students who were incredibly pleasant. We opted for the three-course lunch. While the starters were good, the duck was slightly overcooked and one dish was a bit too salty (but that's just me being picky). However, everything else was superb. The main courses were perfectly cooked and well-balanced, and the dessert, especially the panna cotta, was flawless. Kudos to the staff - I will definitely be returning!

really disappointed about the lunch today menu had changed (that's okay, it's seasonal and available), but no alternatives provided so only two decisions instead of three for beginners and desserts. tomatensuppe was insipid, no brotbegleitung next to welcome disc, which was very dry. huge laughs! but £3 supplement. Huhn was tasty, but smaller part. we know and understand it is a teaching restaurant, but service was not well felt just under half an hour for two courses, for 1 pm booked, well within opening hours not the relaxed lunch we hoped.

We received a warm welcome from Chris and his team of wonderful students. 1) Warm, clean, comfortable, spacious environment with fab ambience. The background music was peacefulquiet classical music, very soothing. 2) Tables were a good size, plenty of space for items. They were neatly set. Tables were well spaced apart. 3) Good selection of beverages. 4) The food was of a high standard and good size portions. You could taste the care and attention in every mouthful. I chose the items from the vegan menu, my partner had food from the non vegan menu. He loved his meal as well. 5) The last point (saving the best for last) is to congratulate the students.
