George's Bistro - Carta

Held a small get together here with family and friends, brilliant atmosphere, they couldn't of done more for us. Steve created loads of pizzas served throughout the evening and a fabulous play list for us. Highly recommend.

Terrible attitude to the local residential community. Yesterday they had awful music blaring out for hours on end which could be heard inside, with all windows closed, half a mile away. Today, the same thing has happened. Very selfish.

I hadn't been there in a few months, and I was delighted to find a fantastic new menu. I enjoyed my meal more than I have in a long time. All three courses were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the decor was beautiful, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I believe every restaurant should have candles. I will definitely be returning!

Nice place and good ambience. Went for Sunday lunch with a friend which consisted of two big thick slices of beef, one Yorkshire, one roasted carrot, mash and two quite hard roasties with gravy. We had to ask for the greens which came in a...small dish and was sugar snap peas with a bit of green cabbage. I enjoyed it and found the service to be good

my partner, the youngest son and grand, were invited to a birthday party to the george bistro. what an excellent place. the employees are very friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff who are excellent. the buffet was from this world. when you start hot and the sandwiches and fresh salad you could say comes out of the refrigerator. would definitely go back for a meal. They plan to do the same but for 9 hours on 27th Aug. Very selfish....Why do they force the entire community to listen to their dreadful music when we should have the option of peace and quiet. Just turn it down!

What a beautiful place! The food is delicious, and it was nicely quiet during our Wednesday tee time, yet there were still enough people around to create a pleasant atmosphere. We had the fish and chips, which were absolutely divine—light and crispy, with the fish cooked to perfection. My partner had the pulled pork, and he said it was melt-in-your-mouth good. The kids enjoyed their Thai curry as well. This is only the second time we've visited, and we enjoyed it very much!

Me and my partner came in for a drink and something to eat with it been nice weather. On arrival the door man gave us both a funny look when asking the man behind the bar if we could eat food outside we was told...it was only pizzas. I then see numerous of other people having other choices of meals outside but we was only allowed pizzas I am unsure if this was to get us to leave and not come in. Wasn’t welcoming and customer service was terrible £14 for a pizza which wasn’t nice didn’t even taste of the topping we choose. £40 for an awkward experience of clearly been singled out.
