fantastic! very comfortable and spacious room and a great bar, which is as popular among local visitors. all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I could have stayed longer.

This restaurant offers vegetarian options on the menu that can easily be made vegan. I really enjoyed the vegan haggis with chips, while my partner had the vegan chili. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly!

The staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were fantastic. The food was excellent as well. I can't recommend this place highly enough—it's truly a gem we discovered during our Highland adventure!

brilliant village pub and hotel. we stayed for two nights in a beautiful large room that was very clean and freshly furnished. eating was great and personal very friendly and courteous. we were early and out to ski and chris and his team offered us a little packed breakfast to take with us how we would miss the main breakfast service. I am on this way in vacation as I was small and nothing changes at this place, eating and personal stay fantastic.

Avoid this place! While staying in Newtonmore, we enjoyed a fantastic meal elsewhere (highly recommend The Letterbox) and decided to head to The Glen Hotel for a drink. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in, we felt incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. The landlord's demeanor was downright appalling—he spoke to us with no respect or basic customer service skills. His attitude was off-putting and left us feeling upset. I would certainly advise against visiting this establishment for a drink; it was nothing like what we expected!

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. I wanted to find out if any of their vegetarian options were vegan or could be made vegan, and the gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. He informed me that both the burger and the korma were vegan, and that the veggie haggis could also be prepared as a vegan dish. Additionally, they had vegan sausages available to include in a meal. I decided to go with the veggie haggis, which came served with a side of greens and new potatoes, although they also offered me chips as an alternative.
