Despite making six phone calls, I was informed each time that it was still missing. The scarf was a pricey navy, pure cashmere one from Corgi, so it was very disappointing to not have it returned."

Our server was Diana, she is a star. The Golden Heart lives up to its name with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Service was friendly and efficient, attentive throughout our meal. The food arrived promptly and the team was helpful with anything we needed.
