Absolutely incredible! I live in Bournemouth and recently travelled to the area. The service was incredible, the general manager is so hands on and as a manager in the industry it was so refreshing to watch! Will definitely be returning. I recently dined at this restaurant with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The pork belly was tender and flavorful, the steak was cooked to perfection, and my child enjoyed the fish pie from the kids' menu (which had a lot of options). I am already looking forward to our next visit. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.

This has to be the most despicably run establishment I have ever frequented. I recently took my son for lunch on a day out, parked in the car park. There were no obvious signs at all to say that you had to notify the establishment of your car registration number. We had lunch, paid the bill, left directly only in the car park for one hour. You can imagine how furious I was to receive a £100 parking fine a week later. And to make matters worse, the car hire company had already paid it (so it's very difficult to appeal) are now chasing me for the money! Absolutely shocking! No obvious signs, the staff never mentioned a thing didn't ask for our registration number. So a £30 lunch just turned in... Ver carta
