"Terribile experience last night. Booked a table for 2 explaining that 1 of us is a wheelchair user. They said it was ok but once there I noticed a big step on the entrance and they don’t have a ramp. As I told them in advance about the wheelchair why not tell us over the phone that they didn’t have a ramp?! They said that we had to lift the wheelchair but how can you lift a powered one? Luckily we had a foldable wheelchair in the car and we changed for it. Inside it’s extremely small hence no privacy at all. Strictly cash only but that’s only written inside. They allowed us to pay by bank transfer (at least) but then couldn’t check their account and we had to show the bank statement as they were doubting that we paid the bill. Decent but nothing special. For sure we’ll not come back. I stayed only because my child asked me to but they’re honestly embarrassing"

"Reccommended to try here by a neighbour and certainly didn 't dissapoint. Pad Thai chicken noodles at heat level 7 perfect, enough bite without spoiling the taste and prawn green Thai curry with Jasmine rice was a delight. On the spur of the moment I ordered spring rolls,they were lovely and crisp without being overcooked or greasy and the chilli sauce one of the nicest we 've tasted. We couldn 't eat all the Pad Thai so just had it cold for lunch and still tastes yummy. It was really busy but kept updated on how long my order would be. All served with humour and a smile, the place is really clean, no horrid 'chippy ' smell, and great value for money. We will be going back"

"Just ordered from safias dreams for the first time, estimated delivery time was 19.40-20.00, it came at 19.15, fantastic, as I opened the door, the chap passed me an orange tango ice blast, oh I haven't ordered one of those, it's a treat for you he replied, oh wow great, thank you so much Got our 3 choices of heaven opened, and omg each one was amazing, no disappointment at all here, warm, soft gooey goodness, 100% recommend for sure, keep up the good work Safias Dreams"

"Such a lovely pub, and really good service but unfortunately the food wasn't up to scratch. Rump steak gristly, some undercooked (although they happily rectified the undercooked pieces and the corner edges of the lasagna were burnt (the size of lasagne was disappointing for the price, just as well we ordered a side portion of chips! . The pub wasn't busy so they weren't under pressure. Just a very disappointing visit overall. Price per person: £20–30"

"I have always gone to eat in at The Viceroy mid week. The atmosphere is quieter due to lack of clientele. I would say that it actually lacks atmosphere. The waiter who has worked here for many years, does not openly engage, this has a tendency to make the experience feel tense and uncomfortable. (I am unable to comment on weekend activity). The food is cooked to average western standards and taste. It is ok and consistent and I have never had a bad experience with the food. I have now found an alternative restaurant on Wigan Rd, heading towards Bamber Bridge. The reason for this, the last 3 times I have eaten in at The Viceroy, I have chosen from the mid week offer menu, where the waiter (older gentleman) has tried to over charge me by a few pounds each time and I have had to challenge the bill.
