I am so grateful that The Holy Taco Shack exists. It's our favorite restaurant in Freiburg and we always love coming here. The food is amazing, the service is friendly and fast, the atmosphere is very cozy.

Wow. The real deal! Excellent. Fresh food. Authentic. As an American living in Europe, I can tell you how rare it is to find real tacos, real Philly cheesesteaks, and this place does it all with fresh ingredients and a perfect ambiance.

Die Auswahl ist nicht sonderlich überraschend, das Essen weitestgehend frisch, das Ambiente ist nett, die Preise leicht überzogen im Anbetracht der Portionen und der benötigten Zutaten. Nicht der ganz große Wurf - aber definitiv auch kein Fehler.

The food here is delicious, and the staff are very polite and helpful, you can the staff where anything you are about to eat comes from (eg. if the chickens are free range, if the vegetables are locally grown..) and they will let you know. The portions are big so go when your hungry. Well worth a visit if you're in Freiburg.

We were staying at the nearby Stadt Hotel so called in here as the reviews were so good and we love Mexican food.. had the Beef Burrito and Baja Fish Tacos which were both amazing! Fantastic food lovely atmosphere and great service from a fellow Brit waitress from Newcastle highly recommend this lovely place. Very reasonably priced too.

The service, the food, the atmosphere, the flexibility on changing the dishes .. all makes it fun and happy to come back!Mexican American style.The Nachos are great, also the rest of the dishes we ordered.. The cheese cake is wonderful !The drinks are too expensive.It will be nice to have a soya milk option for a coffee in the end of the meal.

Mein absoluter Liebling in Freiburg. Hier wird nicht nur auf "american style" gemacht, sondern wirklich amerikanisch gekocht. Wo sonst bekommt man z.B. Buffalo Hot Wings. Auch die Margaritas sind schön stark. Die Bedienung war bisher immer freundlich, die Atmosphäre ist lässig und quirlig. Auch für Kinder geeignet. Preise gehen auch in Ordnung. Toller Laden für einen relaxten Abend mit Freunden.

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Freiburg zusammen mit meiner Tochter und ihrem Mann, waren wir im Holy Taco Shack. Drer Mann meiner Tochter ist Amerikaner und ziemlich mäkelig was das Essen betrifft. Hier war er hellauf begeistert. Uns hat es natürlich auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren mir etwas zu groß, ich hatte den Backfisch, der wirklich sehr gut war. Auch der Rest der Familie war sehr zufrieden. Was übrig geblieben war, war einfach der Menge geschuldet. Ich kann das Restaurant guten Gewissens empfehlen, man sollte aber in der Spitzenzeit vorbestellen.
