"We had a booking for afternoon tea at 2pm for a girls trip, but when we arrived we had to wait 30 min. at the bar for the table to be avaliable. Then again we had to wait for several minutes for the drinks we ordered (we got them for free though, due to the wait- but they were anyways served in a tiny, tiny glass . Honestly, the communication between the staff seemed a bit off. During our wait, we asked to see the garden, which they first said was ok, but then seemed to forget all about. After we finally got our table, the waiter gave us the QR- code for the menu, and then disapeared (even though we said we both wanted the afternoon tea-menu . About 45 minutes after we arrived, we had to ask for the food to be served (Which came without the tea- we had to specificly ask again for the tea to be served.. . The food and pasteries were good, but the follow up from the waiters were SO slow! If they’d only stepped up the service abit the experience would have been so much better. If you don’t mind waiting, and repeting yourself, this place is great. If you’d like things to go more smoothly, I’d rather steer away!!"

service was extremely slow. it took an hour to get our salads. then they forgot a part of the order.

We were escorted to our seats, it was small and decorated nicely. Staff was really nice. The food was beautiful and delicious. Definitely would recommend.

Never got our table so I can’t say how the food is. Waited 45 min with a reservation and left. Reception staff was nice but restaurant management seemed chaotic

The hotel had a very cozy atmosphere with older interiors. The staff was very nice and told me what was served. really good scones with accessories. Very beautiful cookies, but perhaps not the best tastes.

my friend and I went to the afternoon. the service was excellent and the food was good and there was a lot of it. we arrived 30 minutes early, but they still set us up. the personal was nice and friendly and could not do enough to help us enjoy our experience. one of the waiters even apologised because the scones weren't finished yet.
