"I made the reservation via open table and was all set and looking forward to the weekend but the next morning I took a call from the Ivy, enquiring about my reservation and asking if I really wanted to book the Counter Bar. I 'd intended that the booking was a romantic table for two to celebrate my wifes birthday, so praise indeed to the staff for taking the time to ensure our booking was corrected. The evening from start to finish was perfection, the reception, the service, the cocktails, the food, the wine, the toilets and above all the Staff. A lot of the 's but recalling the evening did that!!"
