"We met another guest who mentioned the same issues and noted that the only breakfast options available were cereals in the dining area. There was no restaurant open and no sign of staff until the following morning. My booking had stated there would be a continental breakfast, but it turned out to be nothing more than cereal! When a man appeared during breakfast to address our complaints, he was rude and blamed my booking agent. He refused to give us any partial refund. It's clear that this place is declining, and it seems like no one cares about maintaining it. I strongly advise against staying here; it really should be shut down. The photos used to advertise this place do not reflect its current state at all."

Food was excellent and service was spot on. You can order via app or at the bar. Good selection of drinks as well. Recommended.

Food fantastic, service very sweet but pub is outdated and dark but clean tidy and did i say food is fantastic (for burgers and chips anyway and homemade !!

The food at the restaurant in the evening was excellent. However, I found the bed uncomfortable, and there was no breakfast offered in the morning, not even a working coffee machine. Ver carta

2nd time of visiting in two weeks, and it really is the best place for burgers. Juicy and succulent beef patties, that are a cut above the rest of most burgers you get in Norfolk. Couple this with the old School consoles, a diverse selection of board games, two pool tables, and you have somewhere you actually want to chill out in. I 100% recommend going if you like burgers, or want to play some classic games from your past. (If you add poutine to your loaded fries menu I'll be there every week!

I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars primarily due to the incredible effort put in by the manager, who worked tirelessly during our visit. We attended a Christmas meal for a group of 25, and he was largely the only one serving us. Unfortunately, the portion sizes for the Christmas menu were shockingly small, and the drinks were overpriced. While the food itself was tasty, there simply wasn't enough, especially for the men in our group. Additionally, the atmosphere was lacking—with no music and no festive touches like stuffing. To top it off, they didn’t even have Bacardi available. What kind of pub doesn’t serve Bacardi? I'm afraid I can't recommend this place.
