King Arthur - Carta

Busy bustling foodies delight. Had some beautiful sea bass and duck all served efficiently, beautifully hot and well cooked. Highly recommend great friendly service in warm atmosphere.

I went for lunch with my mum, at first I was a little worried as there was a large wedding party happening, but the warm welcome from the staff at the king Arthur and the 5* food complements to the chef) as well as the lovely log fire warmed our hearts. Thankyou !!! Xxx

My dog Bertie and I have just spent a lovely weekend at the King Arthur in one of the dog friendly cottages. Dogs aren’t allowed inside the hotel but the restaurant cooked and delivered to me a perfect steak. The location was ideal and the cottage was clean and cosy. We will definitely be back. Ver carta

Fantastic venue and amazing food Brilliant prices and great staff We were very impressed Recommend to all We had the Stilton and mushroom pie, lasagne and Childs sausages, all superb. We saw the fish and chips on another table, huge! Great wine list Cosy atmosphere The type of pub you would love as your local!

Called in for early evening meal yesterday. They accommodated us in one of the restaurants which was nearly full, warm and had a good atmosphere. Plenty of staff were on duty and the quality of service was excellent We had the lasagne and chicken breast… both were piping hot and delicious. Special mention to the bar and serving staff who were excellent Highly recommend!

First problem dog UNfriendly, despite having three separate areas all with hard floors. Ok I accept that not everyone likes dogs but they could easily restrict them to one area. But what topped it off was the barman getting the order wrong and then blaming me. He was surly enough without that. Acts as though it has a good reputation and has to do nothing whatsoever to maintain it Ver carta

Had to write a review as this place was a gem of a find. Place was heaving on a Monday night but they managed to fit us in and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. The lamb was the best my husband had ever tasted and my lasagna was just delicious. Fair prices too for the amazing quality. Would come back to wales just to visit this place! Thank you for the great service!

Although regular customers for food this was the first time we'd had an overnight stay. It was a Christmas present for my wife and we both had a brilliant time. The annexe room was excellent, modern and spotless. The evening meal was the standard we've come to expect from The King Arthur, outstanding. But what makes The King Arthur that extra bit special is undoubtedly the staff. They combine professionalism perfectly with friendliness. The staff are King Arthur's best asset.

The King Arthur Hotel was the host for our wedding day. It was the best day of our lives. From the outset the wedding staff were immensely helpful, and put us at ease with the task we had ahead. Thank you Annelise. The day itself was very smooth and couldn’t have gone any better. The staff on hand helped with everything and they all had smiles and made the day even brighter than it already was. The food was 10/10 and we couldn’t have asked for it to have tasted and looked any better than it did! The venue was clean, tidy and in very good condition. The rooms were also very clean and we had no issues from any of the guests staying at the venue who all enjoyed their stay. There is a lovely gar... Ver carta
