"We're new to Formby so have only visited a handful of times. The coffees are always delicious as are the fry ups. The younger members of staff are cheerful, polite and efficient. Unfortunately the older lady not so much. The cakes are lovely although the scones I bought to take away should have been called rock cakes as they certainly werent fresh!"

A super lunch after a lovely walk on Formby beach (no red squirrels to be seen sadly). Quiche of the day delicious great waiter.

I had an absolutely fantastic breakfast yesterday, it was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was friendly.

If you want a great breakfast in Formby, this is the place..... Quality food, decent portions and good service. This was my first visit but I'll be back!

I happened upon The Kitchen by chance and was welcomed with a lovely greeting and smile from Aga. It was a pleasant experience to visit this cafe with such wonderful staff. Our milkshake was absolutely fantastic!

Went in late as we fancied a coffee and a cake. Really nice homemade cakes and the coffee and hot chocolate tasted brilliant. Always try to support local and this did not dissapoint! Felt safe and precautions were taken in line with covid regulations.
