The Little Georgia - Carta

Don't understand why this place is not rated by more people - it certainly can fill up in the evenings! Really cannot say enough good things about this

My first thought upon walking into this quiet, spacious, casual and homey restaurant was that this is the perfect place to take the rents out for a meal.

Really enjoyed the home cooked Georgian food. Very hearty dishes and reasonably priced. I hadn’t been to a Georgian restaurant before but really enjoyed this and will be back. Ver carta

This place it’s a very great choice for having dinner with your friends. The menu is interesting and the staff do their best to accommodate you. We all had a fantastic time here and the food tasted very good

Such a lovely little restaurant! My friends and I decided to try something different and this did not disappoint. Friendly and attentive staff who were so helpful in recommending what to try. The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. And yes, the bread is worth waiting for.

We had no booking and it was a Tuesday and we were 3ppl. We were told we had an hour and sat down (ended up not having to leave and plenty of tables around us were free so a bit of a rush for no reason) The service is OK, not particularly friendly and it felt rushed. We had some OK wine, the mixed mezze which was nice but some salads tasted very similar and the garlic mushroom which were OK I had the Aubergine stew, which was great but it missed some rice or protein with it. It is quite pricey for what it is (mainly veg) Good experience but won't rush to come back Ver carta

Absolutely devastated our Christmas dinner with friends. Firstly, our table was merely 30 cm from the entrance, making it excruciatingly uncomfortable due to the constant cold drafts from people entering. Additionally, having everyone pass by our table didn't contribute to the cozy Christmas atmosphere we had eagerly anticipated. To add insult to injury, after an hour and a half, just when our conversation began flowing, we were abruptly asked to vacate our table for the next slot, despite not being informed about such a time restriction during booking or upon arrival. In short, choosing this restaurant for a cozy dinner with friends was a grave mistake. I strongly discourage it.

Georgian food can be so hard to find in the UK so we were thrilled to find this place online. Booked a reservation same day and the place was buzzing when we arrived at 18:30. This place has all the favourites: Khachapuri, Khinkali, Chacha, Borjomi etc etc! Fabulous food from start to finish, great Kindzmarauli wine, very friendly and fast service a nice jug of cool water with mint and lemon was much appreciated during this heatwave! Refilled for free too which was very nice! We were also asked if we needed any help on how to eat anything but we've ridden that rodeo a fair few times before but very nice to be asked for any Georgian beginners! I know, that the owners of this place don’t fancy any review which does not say how perfect everything is. And I know they will fight back writing nasty things. But I think if they could listen a bit they could get a point of growth from the feedback. We are regulars at their other branch – Little Georgia Islington and this is an amazing place with lovely hospitality and warm hearted people. I felt in love with the culture amazing people of Georgia share and the owners also made picture perfect and very cosy picture of this same culture on Instagram.
