Worst fish and chips we have had from any chippy. Fish had hard rubbery batter and thin wafer of fish inside. For 10 pounds each it was dreadful. Chips ok but not good. Staff were good shame about the cooking.

Ordered large chips and a sausage on Uber eats and was charged £16 What we got was SMALL chips Before this order we got a cheese pie and the cheese pie was solid it was that old So basically they rob you, they are thieves Ver carta

I am 75 been eating fish and chips all my life, this stuff was the worst I have had, staff miserable, the place has gone down hill badly, avoid this expensive rubbish. Challenge!!! find the fish amongst the God awful batter DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have been to this restaurant three times and every time they have gotten my order wrong. Most recently, I ordered two portions of chips and a sausage, a simple order you would think they could not mess up. However, Lobster Pot managed to get it wrong again. This place is terrible and expensive. Avoid it.

Got a portion of kebab and chicken meat (there was no pitas and chips were a 10 minute wait), was absolutely vile. Just didn 't taste or feel right as I was eating it....just felt like sludge. Also, yes I asked for garlic mayo but it was swimming in it. Threw at least half of it away. Haven 't eaten at all since, as still feel sick at the thought of it. Ver carta

Terrible food .we both had battered sausage and chips .chips very dry looked like they had been sitting in warmer for a while and battered sausage was sponges very chewy and horrid flavor to the sausage . Toilets disgusting mens out of order and women's not been cleaned in ages . Child seating also not been cleaned or washed .will not be going again. 1-10

Awful food! This restaurant used to be a favorite in Liverpool. I recently visited both branches and had the same disappointing experience. It's evident that there has been a change in ownership or management - the restaurant is understaffed and overpriced. The food is terrible, almost inedible. The kebab meat was reheated in clumps on a hot plate and the chips were hard enough to break your teeth. You will definitely regret spending money here!

I used to be a fan of The Lobster Pot, but on my most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed with the fish and chips I ordered. Priced at £11 for a large portion, the fish was inedible, with lots of hard, brown, and chewy bits. The chips were also terrible, despite being promised freshly made chips - they seemed to have just reheated old ones. The overall quality was very poor, with a tasteless flavor and black bits on the potatoes. I'm not sure what has caused the decline in the quality of this restaurant. Ver carta
