Amazing place and the fish and chips was really nice.

Lovely food. The waitresses don't write anything down and never get the order wrong. It's worth going there just for that.

£4.95 for a small tray of badly cooked skinny chips, outrageous. The worst value for money portion of chips I've ever bought, and I'm 62!

£13.65 for a cheeseburger and chips and small bottle water . Chips average , burger possibly the worst I've ever had , how they justify the prices I just don't know . If it wasn't for the view you'd pay no more than £6 for what I had really wasn't good..

Not very impressed, ordered a haddock and a salmon, the sides were mixed up, even after clarifying twice. The haddock wasn’t great, batter was decent, but the meat was quite bitter. I expected greatness looking at the reviews, but ended up being disappointed. You’re better off going to Daniel’s, or King Edward’s for a better tasting fish, and a way lower price.

Absolutely lovely place to eat, my husband had the haddock and chips which he said was cooked to perfection. I had the bacon and brie baguette, bacon was perfect and thick slices too. Definitely worth a visit. Gift shop is right next to it and I have to add the gifts are extremely well priced and some quite unique pieces, I came away with a gorgeous chopping board, so many pretty things.

After a long windy road you are met with an idyllic cafe with the most fantastic view. We were so lucky as it was bright clear blue skies which enabled to have a lovely walk around the surrounding area. The waitress that served us was bright bubbly and a credit to the team. The food was served promptly as well as the drinks. The crab sandwiches were so tasty and would certainly visit again just for these. There was lots to choose on the menu and was well priced.

Came to lobster by bus and got a 2 hours wait for the next bus back, very cold at Portland bill first day of June even though it was sunny, so went in lobster pot as it's the only cover around but all the tables by the windows were all reserved so didn't stay, prices were so high as it's the only place around, one magnum is £2.75!, can get a box of 3 magnums at the co op for £2, Parking is £3 an hour, nothing to do at Portland bill, saw most people stay in their vehicles to keep warm.

We had the local haddock and chips...... fantastic. The fish was fresh, the batter light and crispy and the chips tasted superb, both skinny and chunky. Great and accommodating service. It was very busy , but the service very good . Alot of the food is made and freshly prepared on sight . On this occasion, one of my daughters opted for the lasagna, which just happened to be brought in , not that good . My other daughter settled for a skinny burger which was nice and jiucey. All in all I would highly recommend this place.
