"Have been coming here for many years I have a blue light card and have never had an issue before however today they put the order through and took the bluelight off but didn’t mention that due to their ^special offer^ it actually cost me more than it would without the bluelight, I asked them about this and was met with a rude and confrontational attitude from the bar maid saying basically I should have read the terms and conditions( I have it doesn’t say anything about not being used with in-house discounts or special offers) I asked to speak with the manager who also gave me attitude and said take it up with bluelight I said surely you should have made me aware that the discount would be less than the special offer and you couldn’t use both? She said I can refund you and it will take 6-7 days to return to card but you will have to order and pay again without the discount o said just leave it she said next time read your terms and conditions I may be in the wrong I can’t see in t and c that what they say is true but really was their a need for the attitude? However on a lighter note when the food FINALLY arrived (it’s lunchtime) it was very nice"

Top quality food, beer, and service. Highly recommend the mushroom and garlic bake. It was delicious.

Went at 8.45pm when service is till 9pm or 10pm got told no food. Think this is disgusting if your kitchen is open

CRAP DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY unless of course you like to wait an hour for cold burnt food, that I wouldn't give to my dog!!!

Great value for money. All had a great meal drinks and dessert the 6 of us enjoyed our meals. Try the jamaican stew was sooo good

We had the low and slow beef rib for the Sunday dinner full of flavour. Amazing amount of food. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

Alisha greated us with a welcoming smile. We decided we only wanted a snack. At the till she guided us to a meal deal which suited both of us. We ordered desserts and she went above and beyond having found out it was my birthday and kindly put some candles in my dessert. Very friendly and polite. A really enjoyable lunch. Thank you
