"Unfortunately I had to give one star of each as it would allow me to continue we had a table booked and confirmed with a dome booking that was given complimentary on the original booking as the venue had a private function on and couldn’t seat us in the restaurant thought it would be a nice change as celebrating the wife’s birthday arrived 10mins early to find out that they had put our reservation in the diary and was nothing they could do for us we were the first to arrive for the dome seating so not sure why one of the other parties weren’t told they couldn’t have their meal so we were given the option to have a table in restaurant where they had a private at 7.30pm so would have been in the way of people or rebook but this was my wife’s birthday meal we ended up trying to find elsewhere the lady that served us asked where are you going on a Saturday night at 7pm don’t know as we weren’t expecting to have to go elsewhere being honest don’t think we would be giving it another try has left a bad taste"

We had a great time celebrating my aunts 91st birthday. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. If parking make sure you validate your parking. Lovely setting and the pods look fun.

Always a favorite of ours. We usually bring people from out of town to this place to see a difference side of London and also for the good food, of which there was a lot of the last time we went.

I booked online but the waitress was not aware of my booking., however there was a table available as it was very quiet. We were going to order dessert but because it was quiet the kitchen finished at 8pm. Ver carta

Good food the roast dinner was large portion with plenty of veggies and huge Yorkshire pudding The service was good and quick and very helpful waitresses we would thoroughly recommend eating here with nice calm surroundings

Service was dreadful, the food was dry and unflavoured, we asked for drinks over and over again and kept being forgotten about. Asked for the bill twice and forgotten about. I took the service charge off but the bill was still insane for the food and service we got. The only nice thing about this place is the boats and ducks outside. Never again
