Visited the Malt House with colleague. Food was good, well priced and served quickly. Staff helpful and pleasant. Good restaurant!

We enjoyed our traditional Sunday roast at the Malt House. Everything was delicious. Huge Yorkshire pudding! Wonderful chef. The wait staff was very friendly (altho’ young and not overly attentive). But all in all, we will be back and recommend The Malt House. Ver carta

Popped in for some drinks and ended up staying for some food, it was proper good! The steak and chicken were excellnet, had some proper lovely cocktails too. The staff were bare friendly and the atmosphere was proper banging, proper cosy and warm. Will come...back, chill out and enjoy a quiet evening again.

Visited the Malthouse last night for a birthday meal with my husband and was blown away. Everything from the service to the food was amazing! The Malthouse itself is a beautiful venue, with a lovely atmosphere. George Jake served us they were knowable...and very friendly. In all, it was a really pleasant surprise and we’ll definitely be visiting this little gem again!

eat very good, good friendly, atmosphere in bar / it area well, but we stayed up in barley bedroom that was cold, no double glazing, could not open window blind,tw not work, shower room cold as well as no double glazing or blind,on...public view, shower not properly closed, I like this article on a personals service nothing was done our day service. ie made up on the essential or bed Ver carta

Have booked here the last couple of years but was a bit disappointed tonight. A bit distracted by the quiz night to which I was told about an hour before we was meant to be seated which really didn't leave us with much option's. Food...was exceptional as always but was very very slow to come out. Didn't help with the menu change as well and most items were sold out. Very let down might have to think about different options for next year.

the steak was good, the green was cold, so a burger. both had to be sent back. the **** mary contained many searettich and tasted terrible, it was changed to a better version. the service was anxious, we were asked if we wanted...the teller for our starter and approx. the tellers were unsafe to distribute on the table for diners for us. the same happened with the cutlery for our main course, which loosened the middle of the table. I have recommended the malt house to all my Airbnb customers, will be left in future.

Popped into the Malt House for a meal on a sunny summers night. The outside garden was buzzing and the Pimms/beer stand outside was a great addition. Beautifully decorated garden with a great atmosphere. We had some delicious cocktails followed by a perfectly cooked steak,...and my partner had an interesting but delightful take on gnocchi. Sticky Toffee pudding for dessert was one of the best I've had. Service from Max was attentive and he went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after throughout our evening. Overall, food and service exceeded our expectations and we will most definitely be returning! Ver carta
