"A nice location with a large beer garden but made less attractive by the number of uncleared tables. Friendly welcome. A poorly lighted, small room overlooking the car park, with an extremely uncomfortable mattress, a shower that fell apart when we tried to use it, and a tv that switched itself on spontaneously at 6am. Noisy, crowded, popular dining areas with friendly staff but some unspecified blunder between server and kitchen meant our risotto didn’t appear for more than an hour. While waiting we were entertained by overly loud ‘background’ music. To be fair, the price of the meal was discounted to compensate for the long delay. The Swan is memorable for all the wrong reasons."

"here about night amazin with stunning views some great walks couldn't fail this place amazing atmosphere fantastic choice on the menu and breakfast for a king we stayed in the lower apartment, which was great, as we all the facilities of a settee and telly so cozy with fresh milk tea coffee and chocolate and biscuits made available, the cute beers. also in contrast to some places that I have been nice and warm and many hand towels would highly recommend to go back definitiw"

"I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The owner's manner was strange, the vibes were off, and the veggie roast was not good. On the positive side, the restaurant is located in a beautiful spot next to the Malvern Hills, with lovely views and a cozy, rustic interior. However, there were issues from the beginning when we arrived with our dog and were told that half of the pub was off-limits to us. Despite this, we were eventually seated in the dog-friendly area. The service was confusing, with limited drink options and unclear closing times. The food arrived quickly, but the vegetarian roast was lacking in flavor and undercooked. The owner's odd behavior towards our dog made the experience uncomfortable. Despite the friendly younger staff, I left feeling unlikely to return."

"A most enjoyable stay. Food was good. Room was nice and comfy. Consider getting the en suite room. Offering constructive criticism, the shower curtains could be longer so water doesn’t splash on the floor. Location was great for us cause it was close to our friends. But it isn’t in town fyi. Ledbury down the road was a great place to visit and walk around. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5"

"I love dining at this restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly. As someone with a disability, I often struggle with uncomfortable seating at restaurants, but the chairs here are comfortable, which greatly enhances the dining experience. The food is consistently delicious with a variety of interesting menu options, making it difficult to decide what to order. I particularly enjoyed the Cavolo nero starter and my husband highly recommends the Brioche bread and butter pudding. We have always had an excellent experience here."
