Amazing afternoon tea. Staff really went above and beyond to make it special for my son for his birthday. We all have different dietary requirements that were catered to amazingly.

Afternoon tea for mothers day with my mum daughters and sisters. Lovely food and tea coffee constantly topped up. Staff always checking anything needed. In own little pod which was lovely. Would definitely rebook

We celebrated our Mums 80th Birthday with an Afternoon Tea and it was delicious. The waitress was a wonderful lady and was on hand throughout our enjoyable stay. The only downfall was we couldn't eat it all so full!!! Thankyou Ruxley Ver carta

We had a lovely afternoon winter tea out in the pods, the food was lovely, enough space for all 5 of us. nicely decorated and we had a heater too (which was good) we was waited on and could also order extra by mobile, if needed. . you can take home what you didn't eat. the food was set out lovely too. we had a great time.

I booked afternoon tea in one of the pods and it was perfect for a birthday gift. The pod was decorated lovely with fairy lights and table centre piece. There were heaters and music provided in the pod. The food was delicious and the service was great. Overall I think this is good value for money and I would recommend this experience.

Spent Thursday 7th March sharing a cream tea with 5 friends in a pod for my friend’s 90th birthday. The Pod was decorated so tasteful,music, lovely and warm. So much food which was great went home with box of uneaten cakes. Our waitress was very friendly I think her name was Marion and was there getting whatever we wanted. Booked afternoon tea in an outdoor pod for my mum and I. Good selection of sandwiches and cakes, unlimited tea and coffee. We were served by Vanessa who was absolutely lovely, welcoming and attentive. The pod itself was warm but very plain/basic and echoey! I felt it needed some foliage, flowers etc it would give the diners some privacy aswell as making it pretty and more appealing.

Afternoon tea on Mother’s Day in the pod. It was just so lovely. Outstanding service, amazing young man, was fast, polite and a credit to Ruxley. Two heaters were turned on a hour before we arrived so was lovely and cosy. The chairs sturdy. The table nicely decorated. Fairy lights on inside and outside. The food was everything I had hoped it would be. The Tomato and basil soup I could have drank a gallon, it was sooo good as was all the food, tea and coffee. A definite 10/10 from my family if 5 ; Definitely coming back

We had afternoon tea in one of the outdoor pods to celebrate my mother's birthday, and it was a lovely experience. The pod was very warm to begin with, but we turned the heater off and opened the window and it soon came down to a pleasant temperature. We were a group of 7, and despite our fears about it being a bit cramped in there, it was spacious enough. The afternoon tea itself was very nice, with nice sandwiches, unlimited tea and coffee and a good selection of cakes/sweet treats. I thought it was good value for money too, and having the privacy of our own pod was really nice. We couldn't hear anyone else, and it was nice and quiet.
