"Went to the New Cross to meet some friends that had booked the garden covered floor. I have to say it was such a great decision . Covered heated. Staff is super friendly, pizza is yummy and prices aren't that bad. Cocktails are good and they have a good range of beers. Perfect spot to get together before the night kicks off! I will be coming back for sure!"

While New Cross may not be the most desirable neighborhood to visit in London, The New Cross House is a hidden gem within it. We caught a World Cup game here and snagged great seats. The drinks were reasonably priced and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.

We have been coming every year for 7 years and as expected its always a winner this year was the best. Efficient smiling staff clearly under pressure but never tainted the quality of the service. We were disappointed with the small portions of food, the overpriced bill, and the fact that the entire restaurant has been renovated and transformed. Despite being a popular spot for the LGBTQ community, there were no pride flags present. Overall, our experience was unsatisfactory and a waste of money.

We have been coming for our Christmas party for seven years. It was an extremely busy night, however, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Happy smiley faces all round. The food this year was the best ever. In fact there was so much, we had it boxed up to take home. Thank you for looking after us and I'm looking forward to next year!
