"We can't thank Mary and her staff enough! For our wedding we were staying at the Roydon Marina Village, with our wedding venue being The Barns at Lodge Farm. The Roydon Marina Village is a 10min walk from The New Inn pub. So we decided to hold a pre-wedding meal for our Bridal Party at the New Inn (approx 35 people), and a wedding party the day after the wedding (approx 60 people) at the pub too. Mary was an absolute star throughout. We pre-ordered the food for the night before so everything ran smoothly, and we held an Irish themed day for the party after the wedding in the pub garden, including an Irish band. The pub garden is huge, with lovely lighting and a small park at the back for kids to play in. It was a perfect setting for our parties. Mary was so helpful throughout and nothing was too much to ask. They also put on a buffet for the party and we had access to a private room for guests to put their bags and coats in, free of charge. Everything was perfect, we all had a great time. Thanks again Mary, we'll be back to see you all again, Abi Cara xx"

4 of us had here this afternoon. the lunch was really good and sitting in the sunshine in the garden was fantastic. that's our fourth lunch and not our last.

I use the new gas house as often as possible. my drinking hole. the food they can't owe and the staff is so friendly. they made themselves welcome. beautiful village pub and good beer

that's a pub as they should be. they get a decent meal to be reasonable and a nice cold beer. in summer it has a beautiful large garden with a surface for the children to play. Last juli I had a little for my 50th wedding party and they made us proud.

Buffet they did for my men birthday was beautiful. everyone commented how nice it was to eat and the various things that were cooked. very friendly staff and there are also frying dinner amazing. mary, the renter should be very proud, it is a great family audience.
