The Old Bank Sutton

Great pub situated right by the station. Tasty food and a good selection of drinks. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is lively. Will return again.

Been to the old bank a couple of times now and will continue to return all staff are amazing especially Shannon think she is a great asset to the team!

Excellent town centre pub, great spot to go for after work drinks. Lots of space inside and great selection of drinks. Also has a nice garden to the rear. Often has live sports on too. Ver carta

Great atmosphere, lovely staff and always get service with a smile! Staff also love to have a joke which is nice. Food is well priced and the spicy wings are amazing! Good ales and draught lagers/ciders.

Came to the old bank for the 1st time and will unfortunately not be returning. The manager Gail is rude and unreasonable and any communication with her is met with barks and rudeness. The food is so so. A warm welcome was definitely not received

Lovely pub normally but after 2 pints with friends was asked to leave for the safety of the staff and patrons un provoked I've left my friends inside disgusting behaviour when I asked why they couldn't give a response for a similar atmosphere and simular price I highly recommend the sutton Arms Ver carta

I was made welcome on my first visit like I was a local, the staff are chatty and engaging, and always say good dye. There is a selection of real ales, which are always fresh. The food is chain food but it is good and well priced as is the beer. Ales are on special Tuesdays. If you are a sports fan, the are big screen TVs showing the big showings..

Staff need to get some customer service skills and a smile! Gail was rude throughout the whole time we were there and seemed to have no desire to help when approached with the many issues we encountered in the very short time we were there. After finishing our very below par food we left as there was no reason to stay where we didn't feel welcome. Very disappointed and will not be visiting again.

Today I came to this institution in a good mood. A cute girl met me at the bar and it was very nice to talk to her. When I decided to order food, I was served by another waitress, she was displeased and showed her bad mood with all her expressions, but the worst thing that happened was that she almost cheated me for £20 and when I came to check everything again, she didn't again added £1. The situation is terrible, I will never come here again and I will not recommend it to anyone. Ver carta
