"Stopped in for coffees beautiful building with very friendly service from the chap on the bar. Accidentally ended up paying twice (one of us went to the restaurant as there was no one at the bar so payment put through simultaneuously our fault) which was refunded quickly, however a service charge was added to one of the bills and not the other 12.5% seems a bit steep for 2 coffees and doesn 't seem to be any consistency in adding this. Our refunded fee was the one without the service charge. So overall great but yet another venue charging a pretty big 'discretionary ' service charge for a minimal effort customer."

An excellent Sunday roast lunch. Meat was succulent, a variety of fresh vegetables, roast potatoes crisp and yummy. We were a party of 4 and we all thought it was one of the best roast dinners we have had in a restaurant. The service was brilliant. Everything was superb we couldn’t fault a thing!
