Great food and drink. Most of the customers were locals which means it's great for the money.

Had no mayonnaise wouldn't get any from kitchen, removed full meal and didn't even ask why was untouched. Rude and don't care about customers.

First time here but really liked it. Nice and simple Weather spoons. Staff really helpful (ordered on the app) and the vibe is great. Real fire and book cases everywhere gave it a comfy atmosphere Ver carta

I had a burger and fries along with coffee, but then around 3:00 AM, I experienced diarrhea and feeling unwell. It’s now 11:30 AM, and I'm still not feeling comfortable. This was not a good experience.

Gorgeous spoons as far as they go, huge square open plan room with nice decorations and great prices, if you want a little more private setting it also has a couple side rooms to sit in and stay away from the main crowds. Cheers

Lovely building full of character, staff usually efficient and friendly, seems large turnover of them, rarely see the same faces !, Food, usual JDW menu changing pretty regularly, due to shortages of various sources of basics, but still good value coupled with good choice of beers Ver carta

A word of caution: I personally wouldn't recommend bringing kids here for breakfast. The atmosphere was unsettled, as there were two local drunks shouting across the room, which didn't feel safe. It felt eerily quiet, and we were left on edge, anticipating a possible outburst. The manager tried to quiet the staff down in front of the important guests, and we ended up finishing our meal quickly and leaving. I don't think we'll be returning during the week again.

I have strong negative feelings towards Tim Martin due to his controversial views on Brexit. However, his pub in Mexborough is by far the best choice in the area. The restoration of historic buildings is a notable feature, but unfortunately, he is also known for underpaying his minimum wage employees. Despite that, this pub stands out as the top option. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are friendly. I hope Tim considers paying them fairly and stops catering to xenophobic sentiments.

Just had a meal with my son who is 13 and didn’t realise it was quiz and bingo night on Wednesdays . We sat down just as it was starting and Lexi who serves behind the bar was helpful enough to ask the quiz host to allow us to join and to re read 2 of the numbers as they had just started. My son had a fun evening on too his fave food which is their pizza. Lexi is warm, kind, polite and professional. She is an asset to the team.
