"By far the worst pad Thai I have ever had. It was wet, sloppy and sweet with a bitter after taste. There was no smokiness from the wok, no savoury notes or pungency from the standard paid Thai flavourings (shrimp paste, tamarind etc). Was also mixed with Chinese cabbage and non traditional ingredients and they couldn’t even be bothered to put in the basic ingredients such as egg, bean sprouts and garlic chives."

Used to go to this pub over 10 years ago when it was usually very quiet most evenings. On returning recently on a Thursday evening it was absolutely packed! Good choice of beer.

our first time here, and do not define our last. we had two rooms, dinners and drinks. the room was great, very well equipped and really comfortable bed. good atmosphere and eat in the pub. the whole staff was great when we checked in.

traveled for work. beautiful place in good location. the staff was friendly and the room was very clean with all regular amenities and a coffee machine. was not especially loud, even if it is above the pub, so it can not fail and will remain again

Nice pub. Had a booked meal with colleagues and it was very nice, though the table was in the main pub area with multiple tables conjoined. Food was amazing and the drinks fine. A nice evening overall, though a quieter eating area would have been nice-to-have
