Not our first experience of the Orangery, but it was our best yet. It was very quiet, we had excellent service and the afternoon tea was of a very high standard. We would definitely return.

Our server, Chiara, was outstanding with her recommendations and service. She was both professional and cheerful. The dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was incredibly pleasant.

It was great how they sat us so far apart from other diners so no worries about coronavirus . The food was exceptionally good, with flavours perfectly balanced in the two dishes my husband and I had as our main course.

The food and service were all excellent, only one hitch when our pear belle Helene came without ice cream! We were offered ice cream when this was mentioned but we’d already finished so we turned it down! One of the best lunches all round !

I received a good recommendation to try this place, but my experience was very different from what I witnessed at the table next to me where the service seemed much better. The customers there were treated well, while I felt uncomfortable with how I was treated. I had brought the same credit for my elders, and now I regret it because of the service. I won’t be returning or purchasing gift vouchers for my friends and family here.

our lunch was a Christmas gift from our daughter, which we have every year! we enjoyed the whole experience very much. the restaurant looked beautifully decorated, my man appreciated the music really and the eating was delicious. the only criticism that I had a job to find the aubergine frit in my starter! the staff is very responsive and helpful and we praise oliver our waiter who could tell us exactly what was on our teller, maybe I would have asked him to identify the aubergine! the size of the portions was right and my daughter was very impressed by the photos we sent them from all our curses.
