"a nice and pleasant pub. there is an aquarium with koi, regals full books, newspapers and toys for children. if the weather is beautiful, the banquets are beautiful near the large open picture windows. the service must have improved since previous reviews because I have found the personal to be charming, attentive and efficient. this has been served by various people despite the supply of drinks, bribes or eating and the scarf. it all went smoothly. I like the way they bring a carafe water as soon as they sit. we had a afternoon snack. I had the fried calamari that was perfectly executed. beautiful large pieces of tinted fish, with a very light coating of teig. not quite fat. the braid of the minced deep fritted lauch, which served as garnish, was delicious. I was less sure about the pairing with plums and teriyaki sauce. the sweet and acidic sauce was a little strange on calamari. next time, I'll ask you to be served on the side. my companion complained that his carrot soup was too sweet. it came with some nice thick plates of roasted acidic dough and softened butter. if we're in brockley, I'd like to eat again in orchard. I'd just be careful to order everything that's going to be oversweet."

many vegetarian options (the veggie cooked breakfast is to die for) but the vegan choices are a bit restricted. they were helpful in making subs for my gluten-free friend, so could be able to do the same for vegan, but I haven't tried yet. Ver carta

I tried to book this place a few times and finally visit the opportunity tonight. the food was excellent with fusion british gastro. the bark controls melted in their month and the quid and chorizo was a fantastic starter. will be friends again.

good food and friendly staff. labels items vegan(VG) and vegetarian(V) and the menu seems to change regularly. a waitress told me that the chips are not vegan marked because they are made in the same frittier as some fleshy objects, but that the ingredients / oil is vegan.

beautiful meal in the orchard. had dinner in the orchard last night and had a really good time. the place had a nice bush and the staff was friendly and attentive. I'm already on the go where I live in the opposite and although they are sometimes busy, I've always experienced really good service and high-quality eating. the orchard is a brilliant restaurant and is all the better to be a place where the workers know people names and what they drink. To learn how a coffee should be... ask the manager!. I visited that hyper-pretentious pub today and ordered a coffee from their selection of organic fairtrade arabica menu!!!. All very well, but it would be more important to learn how to make coffee!!! The milk was burned beyond recognition giving it that unpleasant smell of burned milk. As a result I've seriously burned my tongue!... I asked for another coffee as the one I was served was undrinkable and while I was waiting for someone to go to the shop and buy milk !???!!!!!?? and while a friendly member of stuff offered me some ice water to soothe my burned tongue, I was approached by the manager' who in a very cocky way...read more
