first visit, but would go again. friendly staff and nothing was a disturber. eat fresh and pancake delish. the children were excellent. well done.

This is the best service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. I would come back every day if I could. Overall, I would give this place 5 stars.

went to the location dundee and it was amazing. the personal was beautiful and they can not complain about the portion size! very good pancakes, would recommend to everyone.

I haven't been in a while and I forgot how good it was. The soup was delicious, and the toasties and chips were tasty. The prices have increased slightly, but that seems to be the case everywhere.

we are treating today. it is a lunch on the pancake place by dunfermline. table service by a pleasant waitress. two coffee, fish and chips and sampi and chips ordered. I'll wait too long until our food arrives. well presented, hot, very reasonable price. will be back soon.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering working at this restaurant should look elsewhere. My daughter accepted a job here without any previous experience, and the way she was treated was appalling. The manager, if you can even call her that, showed little respect towards my daughter, even though it was her first job.

beautiful and easy on the bag. a whole day breakfast pancake with 3 strips bacon (£7.99,) a suppe and half-sandwich(£4.99) served with craps, coleslaw and salat, 2 hot drinks, under £18! Service employees were polite and accommodating. especially thanks to yasmin, who was so patient with me, as I cannot decide to go for lenses or the hot tomat soup, she brought me a taste booster. the suppe and the sandwich were generously cut, pancake was very delicious, definitely back.

Really expensive for what it is £16 for a stack of pancakes and juice really overpriced decent Italian near by does a two course lunch for almost the same price Others got burger or macaroni. Macaroni home made but really dry Burger okay nothing special again a bit dry It is an okay place for food but really over priced for what it is £3:45 for a regular juice and the glass was half filled with ice I understand rising costs but these prices are just not fair Place was busy enough but I won’t be back mainly due to expensive price for mediocre food

First of all wow! Myself and my partner ordered the bacon, pancakes and maple syrup. Let me tell you the portion size was huge (which is amazing value for money! The pancakes were cooked to perfection with bacon layered in between each pancake, and a cute little jug of syrup, they tasted phenomenal ! Neither of us could finish it sadly could easily have one portion between two people and they were so cheap! Maybe a little more of an experience from the staff would be lovely, and it was quite a darkly lit place. I also had the pumpkin spiced latte which was amazing. Definitely recommend
