Absolutely loved it and will come back for more. The music was great, the food the atmosphere...

I prefer to eat and I like music. therefore the piano work in farringdon is a place that is very relevant to my interests. thanks to sarah at the prosecco diaries (for a Fab competition) and also the human league (for my winning song suggestion,) I have a meal and some cocktails there to experience and it was definitely a fun.

a fab with a few fave things. great live music (they are asking) a beautiful team and a cocktail happy hour until we have managed to get a table right on the stage that was good to see the full talent of the singer and musician. they serve food, but we did not order for this occasion, but I will be back next week to check it. beautiful place a bar with a difference.

that's a great night! we were here yesterday and I had so much fun! the band was great even though they didn't play anything we demanded. the dinner was nice, but not much option really. our waitress was nice, but I was pretty upset about our time slot. why let us book a slot of hours and then we say we have to pay and be away from it, we ended up randomly at a small table near the bar.

Simple food, a few confidently made cocktails and a bit of live music are all things that make a great night out, and all three are done fabulously well at The Piano Works. This late night newcomer is based in the heart of Farringdon, in a Victorian-listed warehouse. The premise at The Piano Works is simple – you write down whichever song you want to hear onto a napkin, give that napkin to a waitress who passes it on to the band. The band, formed of pianists, guitarists, saxophone players and an impassioned drummer, only play songs requested by napkin – a fabulous medium in which to communicate, by the way.

where do I start? I have booked a table for dinner and a drink area for the birthday of my partner. there we were. we are between main courses and dessert when a few of our group went out for a zigarette. so far we had a good time. the venue was more and more crowded and a group of girls tried to set up camp on our table. a man in our group asked the group whether they could move there, how we still sat and eat our meal. one of the girls hit him in the face. that was testified by our server eric, who was a nice guy, and we asked her to see cctw. the group of the girls was asked to go and do....or so we thought. they have somehow experienced...more

much better than I expected, the music makes it fun and allows another type of brunch. the bouncer at the arrival were in order, asked for id, but hastened us through and their overall attitude was during the whole brunch aggressiv, when people dance, they were excessively aggressive without necessity. the atmosphere was friendly and everyone had other good moods than the security. the drinks came fast and we didn't really have to wait, but eating was bad. I decided for the speck and eggs, the eggs were well done, more how hard cooked and not posing. another had the mushrooms that were really cold. dessert was in order. size small, so ready to leave hungry. at the end, the band plays only so...
