"A nice looking boozer, not at all pretentious. Not much welcome; I had to ask for a menu, even though I'd booked for lunch. Only two people in. Dreadful music blaring out. When another person arrived, and a very loud chat ensued about medication, I felt very out of place, finished my wine and left. Pub up the road was lovely not on OpenTable so I won't cite the really great staff, superb food and peaceful atmosphere...................... They say Soviet agents used to meet in the Red Cow; I doubt it."

I made a drink with friends and a bite to dinner. was the steak special night. steak and fries for under a tenth good part, and very tasty. they also believe that they make excellent pizzas, but only at the weekend.

we ordered a table over open table only to discover that this was not booked in dine! the manager was not helpful about booking and unapologetic. they gave frankly, but their policy is that restaurants should update if they do not want to serve food not on the other wise. Ver carta
