"I can't comment on the eating in option this review is for the Red Fort takeaway. It.is.INCREDIBLE. The first time I ordered through Just Eat (now switched to ordering direct from Red Fort as it's cheaper) was purely by chance. They were cheap so I went with them, with low expectations due to the price. Oh my god was I WRONG!! Every single dish was full of flavour, and beautifully cooked, from the perfect onion bahji to the soft sheek kebab. But the main point to note is the lamb they use. If you're of a certain age you will remember when EVERY Indian restaurant used those lovely chunks of lamb, instead of the miserable, cheap and nasty marbled strips half of them use today. Red Fort use CHUNKS of lamb, that are so soft they almost melt in your mouth. And ZERO gruesome white tubing either. Absolutely incredible quality of food for the price. Don't be fooled by how cheap Red Fort are support a wonderful, top notch establishment that REALLY make the effort to get their food right."

Absolutely fantastic curry. I had the pathia. Sweet, sour and rich tomato based sauce. Meat was excellent quality. Friend had the lamb dhansak and was also incredible. Best curry I've had in while. Would give Camberley Tandoori a run for its money!!

We were disappointed with our order of two tikka masalas as we received tikka masala chicken with Korma sauce. The sauce had a powdery texture that made it difficult to eat, and the naan bread seemed like it had been reheated in a microwave. Overall, we were not impressed with the quality of our meal.

On a recent fortnight's visit to Woking, I returned many times to this wonderful, family-run restaurant. The friendly hosts were very welcoming, and ready to share their knowledge of the exquisite food on the menu. Every dish I had was delicious, and very satisfying. Make sure you pay this gem a visit! You won't be disappointed. I look forward to the next time.

I'm going to go with one star and it's only because the lamb chop starter I had was delicious and Google won't allow for less. Unfortunately the buttered chicken should never be served to anyone who enjoys buttered chicken and especially not to anyone with diabetes because it mostly just tasted like yellow sugar sauce. I'm sure some would enjoy this, but I think you could find better! Ver carta

Nice place in Woking Town centre. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed (Indian music plays in the background, but it's not overwhelming). The staff is very polite, and the food is good. The menu has a great variety of dishes, from starters to mains, and everything is quite filling! Maybe is a bit pricey (you're just in town centre), but overall is a nice restaurant. They also deliver at home.

Excellent Indian food. Really impressed. I had the special mixed grill (chicken, lamb and prawns which came with a sauce which was spicy and tasty. Honestly, one of the best Indian dishes I've ever had (and I've had a lot! . Service was friendly and attentive, plenty of space and well presented. Knocking down a star as it's very expensive. Poppadoms, 2 mains with naans and 2 drinks was £50, which I think is excessive.

Do not even bother. I have never had a meal as bad as this anywhere in the world. The service was incredibly slow and terrible, and one of the staff members seemed extremely drunk. They were completely disheveled and uncoordinated. The food was just as bad – I received a butter dish that was a disgusting yellow color and tasted worse than a sauce from a jar. We will not be coming back, as Gordon Ramsay would say, "what a shame." Ver carta

I recently had a takeaway from Red Fort and found it to be quite expensive compared to other takeaways I've had. Despite one of the dishes tasting above average, I did not feel like it was good value for money. I was disappointed to not receive the 10% or 11% collection discount, as I had ordered and collected my food from the shop. It seems that the discount may only apply to online orders, but this should be made clear at the point of ordering in the shop. I felt like I was charged restaurant prices for a takeaway, which was a bit off-putting. There were no complimentary poppadoms or chutney, which is fine but worth noting. The food itself was decent, although the bhuna was lacking in dept...

"Disappointed to have booked and not be warned about the mezze being the only available option. Told when sat down. Not much option but to accept. Food great. Tried to charge for each of us there were adults and an year old and year old despite agreeing to do deal for the of them when we ordered. When asked for the bill I was over charged. They didn’t leave bill on table and just tell you the value and present the card machine immediately. I queried and he went to alter. I paid. I realised that in fact they had charged more than the first time. I ended up having to ask for a print out of the bill on my way out. He gave it to me. It wasn’t even our bill plus they’d charged for the set menu!!?!?!!. I wrote down what we had eaten and drank and we added it up properly together and he had indeed overcharged by He couldn’t refund the card and so gave cash. Lush food. If you go please check what’s on offer before you go. Then insist that the bill if left on your table like in a normal restaurant. This gives the customer the time to check all is well before paying. I really felt the chap was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Don’t let them! He did the same to another table which had a couple and a young child of about or Charged The excuse was that he couldn’t deduct dine in because we only wanted set menus. Rubbish. We have eaten out all month in the scheme in restaurant in bristol and in central London and this is the only time I’ve heard this tosh. Chap could put whatever he wanted into the till ...it’s his restaurant. of us dined. x to come of bill. I found the whole invoicing experience poor and embarrassing."
