We had a lovely dinner here before starting a section of the South Down Way. Great food, lovely service and a nice feel to the place as well as a cool outdoor bit. Highly recommend!

I've just watched the tremendous teamwork of the catering operation in this pub. Very busy place. 40-45 minutes wait due to the number of orders. Real cooperation between the team, they worked hard throughout my ninety minutes visit. Well done.

one of the best barcafés in petersfield my opinion after. great service drinks selection and eating. the prices are very reasonable. the personal is friendly and nothing seems too much of a problem. there is a large dining room on top and a garden on the back recommended.

£45 parking fine, even though I paid for parking. Now I have to waste time appealing to Euro Car Parks. It's not worth going to the Red Lion for this kind of stress. Why do they outsource parking to a business that makes money out of parking fines? Food and drink mediocre, would have been good value without the fine.

Absolutely loved this place, got greeted by the biggest smile ever from staff, made to feel so welcome! Sat by the log burner on a wet Saturday afternoon eating gorgeous club sandwiches which were amazing, great selection of beers to! Cora makes this place, she was so lovely with everyone who came in. We will definitely be back!!! favourite place to eat

Wonderful food (large portions too! The waiter (who I think was the owner was very knowledgeable about all the specialty beers he had available (VERY good selection if you're a craft or Belgian beer fan , he was very willing to talk and make sure we were happy and he was also very hospitable and patient with our two girls, 3 and 6. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back for a hearty meal in a very nice setting.

this is my favorite place in petersfield. it makes big coffee, eat and a great selection of exciting drinks, weep and even a great selection of alcoholic extras. it has a great feeling, it with the layout and lighting. the beer and ales are constantly changing, and the personal is always very knowledgeable. we have used them a few times for work events and social and cannot harm the service we have received. well done to all in the city house.

I usually do not take the time to leave reviews, but I felt that making a withdrawal for the townhouse. from the first time I visited, the staff were amazing and friendly. large selection of craft beer and eating has always been 10/10. tonight, however, is why I have taken the time to write this after I have the service of a young lady (sorry I don't know her name! wearing colorful pants and yellow shoes. I've been working in pubs for 5 years and have never seen service so personally and warm! you are great!

a beautiful small bar at the bottom of the high street, the bright bites/snacks inc' burger, wing etc. served with both hot cold drinks. a small, but essential bar also comprises 3 localized cask ales several keg crafts. at my several visits I found the ale to be in excellent condition temperature. Apart from the excellent cakes, I did not try to eat that so can not comment, although when occurring count for everything that it looks good. if they are a real ale/ craft ale trinker, this place is definitely worth a visit.
