Beautiful food thoroughly enjoyed it, very clean, very friendly service lovely people, wheelchair friendly would highly recommend this restaurant

Another great meal at The Thai Royal Elephant Dinnington South Yorkshire. A great place to meet and enjoy good service Good Company and Excellent FOOD.

Never disappointed with this place, the food, service and place its self is excellent. The Thai menu is very comprehensive and each dish is presented so well.

We chose the buffet rather than menu, and were not disappointed. There was plenty of choice of starters and mains all were delicious. The meat was so tender flavours really good. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would definitely visit again.

I HAD THE WORST MEAL I HAVE HAD FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. I CHOSE THE THAI RED CURRY.The chicken was tough, the pieces too big and tasteless.I complained to the waitress who said nothing.I complained again when I came to pay, she took all my money and never apologised.I shall never go there again.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

We went this afternoon, very busy but although we booked which is essential, we were about 15 minutes waiting for the table. The food as always is excellent. The Yorkshire puddings not as good as Toby but there the comparison ends. Personally sprouts swede mushrooms and onions extra to all the usual veg makes the royal elephant stand out from the others. One star missing because I just want the onions more tender and caramelized.

Hi been out local restaurants the royal elephant for nice meal but bit let down then has the place was very cold I had keep.waitcoat then to eat meal then but food was very good tempura prawn was outstanding them plus main sweet sour seafood was outstanding to then but felt that sweet let meal down big sweet are very bull boring then and no are not home made then cheap.then and did like coffee to for what pay sweet coffee think big let put off going back for good long time then plus is a restaurant near to royal elephant the sweet out this world then and the coffee is good then plus place not got good atmosphere then miss v Twibell

have been attendinf for many years with retired ambulance persons we tried establishments all round south yorkshire than settled on royal elephant foofd was exceptional the only food served by staff was when they carved the meat you had choice of two from 3 meats and amount was very good always asked if that was enough there was about 6 or 7 vedge self service always hot 3 types of potatoes multiple sauces 2 gravy you could have as much as you liked the staff were very friendly and attentive to clients and would go out of their way if some one needed somthing i can only think any bad reviews were from people from other establishments or plants from them

This was the first time that I had been to this restaurant. We were a group of 10 students of Spanish, celebrating the end of the Christmas term. We chose the Christmas menu , with 3 courses which were reasonably priced. We did not have to preorder but the food choices arrived in good time. All of us then chose to have the carvery and since some guests had more limited mobility, the staff, after consultation, brought their meals to the table. There was a variety of meat, vegetables, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding, together with gravy. The desserts were of a similar standard, with the salted caramel cheesecake being particularly delicious.
