Two Vegan options for main meal, sadly the veggie burger wasn’t suitable. The Bean Chilli was good, had a bit of spice to it which was good. Unfortunately no vegan pudding options on menu.

the children and I had yesterday a sun roast, lamb beef, it was excellent the yorkshire puddings gravy were yummy, great service and the children loved playing outside, made our afternoon beautiful, Ver carta

I went there after reading the write up on here. Unfortunately that was two years old. The menu only had one vegan item now. I asked about the veggie burger, but was told it wasn't suitable. The meal was ok, nothing special. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-20

The menu offered several vegan options, and we decided to try the vegetable curry and chili. Both dishes were large portions of delicious homemade food, making it a pleasant surprise to discover such excellent vegan cuisine in a small village. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area!

Visited with friends on May bank holiday weekend. The area is notoriously busy this time of year but they were able to fit us in. Huge bonus in a location where bookings a week in advance are normally needed. The food was fantastic, all the steaks were cooked exactly as requested and the cheese sauce and onion rings were awesome! Portions were huge! The staff were all really friendly and efficient. Couldn't fault it and will definitely be returning. Ver carta
