"We had a fantastic lunch at The Ship Inn and would highly recommend it. We enjoyed the classic burger, club sandwich, and fish and chips for the children, all of which were delicious. The fish had a crispy outer layer and tender inside, the club sandwich was generously filled with ham, turkey, and cheese, and the burger was flavorful and perfectly balanced. The burger patty was slightly overcooked to medium well, but it did not detract from the overall experience. The service was outstanding, with two men managing the bar and front of house efficiently and courteously, even taking the time to engage with my children despite a busy day."

in the hope to get a table as we would be accommodated in swanage for a few days by friendly staff and could not recommend anything from service, drinks and excellent eating, but perhaps best book during the busy times

We had a lovely family dinner at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The waitress even saved me the last order of curry and chips before I had a chance to order the rest of our meal. They have a special board where they feature daily specials, which is a great idea.

they were not already a one-way house and was pleasantly surprised with the view of the place and friendly staff and service. had a Sunday roast, and it was very nice, and think it was reasonably expensive. my daughter fish n chips was also nice. very beautiful chips. think that the inherited might have been cooked a little less, although
