"Such a beautiful tearoom. I visited with my Dad on a dreary wet Friday morning, to be met with a cheery hello and a welcome smile. We had visited to get some breakfast, Dad opted for the Engine man 's breakfast and I had a bacon and egg sandwich and a couple of extra slices of toast, and 2 coffees to wash it down. The lady said it would be a little while as they 'd had a big table order just before us. I said I didn 't mind the wait. Dad and I enjoyed looking at the trains thst we saw from the window, drinking our coffee, and chatting. It wasn 't long when our food arrived, and boy was it worth the wait! Thick doorstop slices of bread enveloped my bacon and runny egg! delicious! Dad said his breakfast was The best he 'd had for a while I highly recommend this gorgeous tearoom and especially if you have the dog with you as they allow dogs in the tearoom too!"

Lovely cafe by the railway with a gorgeous welcoming fireplace with a coal fire! we walk our two dogs regularly around chasewater as we live nearby and we take them in the cafe and we have a hot drink,sometimes cake! Just love it ! intend to visit more in 2025 x Ver carta

absolutely fabulous festive afternoon tea last Sunday, staff and food really excellent,one member of our party needed a gluten free tea and this was arranged no problem at all, we will definitely do this again and probably do the train as well thank you everyone and Happy Christmas

We visited today and collected our festive afternoon teas for our Santa express and what a treat they were. They made the trip even more exiting and wonderful. The portions were generous and we all loved the little details such as the Rudolph brownie in the children’s. Brilliant value and such friendly staff thank you
