For those of us who value hygiene and decorum, this is a huge red flag—I will never return to this place. No senior management addressed the issue, but somehow I was made to feel like the villain in this scenario. Apparently, I made the staff cry, and when another customer tried to voice their opinion, the manager simply walked away. Talk about professionalism! It’s clear that I will not be returning, and I plan to report this incident to the health and hygiene authorities. Called in to pick someone up and had a cod strip sandwich plenty on the plate really enjoyed with a cuppa. Been today really enjoyed the day's pie chips mushy peas and gravy, first class.
