Jordan at the snug was great! He was so lovely, friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend. We love the snug so glad to be back post covid

Come here often, sometimes slow service if busy but understandable. Great for pre drinks in hertford. Jordans an absolute star though always lovely and a great asset to your team. Ver carta

Very nice atmosphere, staff are friendly and welcoming, the drinks are great, good quality and very well presented, take advantage of the happy hour but overall not that expensive. We will definitely return.

The service at this restaurant is always friendly and the cocktails are tasty with lots of options to choose from. The decor and location are both nice as well. I can't wait to come back and try out their Christmas cocktails.

When we visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening, it was very calm and had a relaxed atmosphere. They had a special offer where you could get two cocktails for £12, so we decided to try them. The cocktails looked amazing and tasted good, but they were mostly filled with ice, so we didn't get much drink. Ver carta

Went with friends, the first time visiting. Only ones in the bar, sat in the garden very far away. We ordered 6 drinks which took at least 30mins. As the only people in the entire place this was far too long to wait. 2 members of staff were sat arranging flowers during this time. Cocktails were of a very low quality after the wait. Overall disappointed.

After having a talk with Nathan, it was abundantly clear that the value he holds high are that of a premium mixologist. Selecting the finest ingredients from that available of the suppliers, the Pina Colada and Virgin Pornstar Martini excelled the expectations of our party and were truly mixed and pursed with passion and finese. A true asset, and high commendations to Nathan, our true mixologist and cocktail wizard.

Really disappointing birthday visit to the snug. After ringing 8 times, messaging on Facebook and sending 3 emails someone phoned me back and I requested the birthday package where balloons, cake and Prosecco are given. When we got there there was no birthday package ready and no record of there being one. Very frustrating visit with awful communication. Free Prosecco was given on arrival but no balloons or cake were available. Ver carta
