"We visited this pub today before the Leicester vs Arsenal game, and despite being Arsenal fans, they allowed all 10 of us to sit at a long table inside. The pub was very busy as expected, and we had to wait about 40 minutes for our food. Some of us were warned it would be a 30-minute wait, but the staff were very helpful when we checked on our food and apologetic for the delay. It is a nice, friendly, spacious place with outside seating, and it is a great location for pre-match drinks. The food was reasonably priced and good. My chili fries were huge and very tasty!"

One of my first bars visited in Leicester, I have been many times since. Always friendly quick service, great choice of beers and tasty food with the advantage of collecting MORE card points too. We watched Leicester win the Rugby final here, great atmosphere. Ver carta

Great meeting place for students. Just on the edge of town, between the edge of the Town Centre and Braunstone Gate, so plenty of choices to move on to. And right on the canal bank, with a veranda over the water. Good atmosphere, reasonable prices, helpful staff. Top banana score of 4

today we had booked the soar point for an event. it proved to be an ideal place on different ways. great capacity, but still an intimate feeling. near the city center, but a very beautiful location. good food. nice bar staff. and the manager matt was supportive, friendly and very hard to solve some technology problems.
